Includes a one-sided 2x3 panel folded poster measuring 60cmx90cm and a sticker measuring 4" square. Back cover barcode sticker contains additional text over 3 lines on this release, distinct from other releases; “19439971241 Sony Music Entertainment International Services GMBH, PO Box 510, 33311 Gutersloh, Germany” Initial limited pre-orders from onrepeat.com.au (a division of Sony Music in Australia) included a card/insert signed by the band and a digital download of the album.
