Comes in a 12" slipcase with: - 21-page booklet (15.5x21.7cm) with Japanese lyrics and their English translations - 12" cover sticker CDs, DVD and booklet are nested in foam. CD1 tracks 6, 12 and Video are English versions. CD2 tracks 1, 2 and 3 are unplugged. DVD tracks 2 and 3 are studio live takes. LP content same as CD1, except the additional track C3.
