Tracks 5, 6, 15 were recorded in Tucson at Wave Lab Studio with John Parish, Head, Craig Schumacher, and Nick Luca.

Tracks 1, 2 and 5 were recorded way before at the old Wavelab Studio warehouse with Craig Schumacher, Nick Luca and Howe (1996 to 1997). Later some stuff was added to them up at Harvey Moltz’s Sonic temple with John Parish riding shotgun.
Tracks 3 and 4 were recorded there by Head (with Harvey and Jessica assisting).
John Parish ended up mixing and editing all These tracks… a Producer by trade and design. Howe … a co-producer by proximity.

Led by Chris Simpson Magna Carta was at the forefront of the UK folk-rock movement for nearly twenty years. This, the band’s third album, originally issued in 1971 by Vertigo Records at a time when future Elton John guitarist Davey Johnstone was a member of the group. The 12 tracks included the European 45 ‚Time For The Leaving‘ plus guest piano by Rick Wakeman. Packaged in a deluxe cardboard package. Akarma. 2003.
