DVD: Regions 2-6 Recorded and mixed at Govan & Mr. Dan's Studio Except track CD1-1/A : mixed at Metropolis Studios Track CD1-7/G : mixed at The Mix Room, Studio B, Burbank, LA. "Katherine Kiss Me" on 7" (track L) is 25 seconds longer than the CD version due to several false starts and studio chat in the intro (recorded live, implying that the track was recorded in one take).
