Issued in an unlaminated gatefold sleeve. Printed matte paper inner sleeve, top opening and showing lyrics on one side, a monogram crest on the other. 19cm x 5cm hype sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. Includes a turntable slipmat in a resealable polypropylene bag with heat crimped edges. This is held in the second pocket of the sleeve, within the shrink-wrap. Milky clear vinyl which displays a subtle lilac tint. Hype sticker on shrink-wrap states: "The Damned NEW STUDIO ALBUM WITH 12 NEW TRACKS LIMITED HEAVYWEIGHT 1LP TRANSPARENT EDITION WITH DARKADELIC SLIPMAT". Pressing plant derived from etched runouts. Some copies purchased from certain shops may come with a limited 12"card print of the front sleeve signed by members of the group.

Title, label and catalogue number also appear on the top edge of the cover. Parental advisory sticker on front cover. Contains the ghost track "All By Myself" at the end of side B.
