Unnumbered copies are no counterfeit, nor unofficial. These are pressings done before the numbering started or right after. Manufactured at the same date by the same pressing plant. Perhaps promos? Dressed to Kill was never officially released as a picture disc.

B1 and B2 are unreleased live tracks recorded 03.12.02 at Club Quattro in Tokyo, Japan. B3, B4 and B5 are demo versions of brand new songs that will appear on the next full length release, they were recorded live (2 mics / 4 tracks) at Mid-City Shank Studio in NOLA, Thursday March 10, 2005. Limited to 200 copies on blue vinyl. Comes in gatefold sleeve.
