EFA distribution code: 'CD 14292 26' on back inlay, 'CD14292-26' on spines. Durations are taken from the back inlay, except for tracks 7 and 8 which are actual durations (they are listed respectively 4:29 and 6:00 on the back inlay).

An [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/104412]unlimited edition[/url] with slightly different artwork followed in 1990. Tracks 3, 4 and 15 recorded live at Bar Maldoror. - The booklet incorrectly states that "Hellraiser" is track 18 and "The First Five Minutes After Violent Death" is track 16. - Also, the tracks are improperly indexed as "The Wheal" starts 2:43 into track 16 and ends 58 seconds into track 17, where "The First Five Minutes After Violent Death" starts. - Label is written Threshould (with a "u") House on spines. - First catalog number appears on spines and on CD, second one on the back of the booklet. Made in Austria

Originally released in 1983 (Polydor POLS 1082 / 813 119-1). Tracks 9 to 12 are bonus tracks. Track 9 originally released on 12" [r=58451] (1982 - Polydor POSPX 437 / 2141 538). Tracks 10 & 12 originally released on 12" [r=391587] (1983 - Polydor POSPX 627 / 815 194-1). Track 11 originally released on 12" [r=309323] (1983 - Polydor POSPX 578 / 811 684-1) Additional instrumentations used and collectively played by DVA (Marimba, Vox Continental, Tape, Loops, Cabbassa, Radio, Chime Treet, Time processors and Piano). All tracks recorded at Rockfield, except Poem recorded at Strawberry in the fall of 82. Overdubs recorded at The Garden & Utopia. Resistance mixed at Productions Workshop, all other tracks mixed at Sarm.
