- Also, the tracks are improperly indexed as "The Wheal" starts 2:43 into track 16 and ends 58 seconds into track 17, where "The First Five Minutes After Violent Death" starts.
- Label is written Threshould (with a "u") House on spines.
- First catalog number appears on spines and on CD, second one on the back of the booklet.
