Gatefold sleeve; some copies with manilla inner sleeves, others with white inner sleeves. This original US vinyl pressing on double 10" does not contain the same standard track listing as the CD and single LP versions. This version includes tracks Flushings (B4), Thick (C3), and Pariah (D2) and omits the final track Sam Hell. Flushings was included on the [r=1081253] CD single. Pariah was included on the [l999] [r=3318948] compilation CD released in the UK and as a bonus track on the Japanese CD releases. Thick is unreleased. ©℗ 1994 Amphetamine Reptile Records.
