Pressed on a white with black swirl vinyl; named "Vortex". Housed in a single sleeve packaging with printed inner sleeve. Some copies include a 12" art insert signed by the band (as shown in last image,) while there are also copies signed and then shrink-wrapped, sold exclusively from Recordstore.co.uk. This version is for the standard release with the painting on the front and the sculpture on the rear. 1000 copies of the initial run intentionally have the sleeve print reversed: sculpture on the front and painting on the rear. Catalogue number PTKF2186-3 is found on the sticker sealing the opening of the sleeve.
