This release is limited to 4000 copies: Temporary Residence editions: 1000 on red vinyl 1000 on black vinyl. Hydra Head editions: 500 on olive green vinyl 500 on gold vinyl 500 on white vinyl (this) 500 on black vinyl Black/gold Sticker on sleeve: 'Limited Edition Split LP PELICAN MONO Hydra Head Industries Version' Track A1 recorded and mixed at Electrical Audio and Studio Greg Studios II, Chicago, 03/04 and 04/05. Track A2 remixed in fall 2004. Original tracks recorded at Volume Studios, Chicago, in Spring 2003. Track B recorded at Electrical Audio Studio B, Chicago, 02/05. All tracks mastered 07/05. This is the first in a series of collaborative efforts between Temporary Residence Limited and Hydra Head Industries, Inc. Track durations not on release.

The music on this record was written as a soundtrack to Dziga Vertov's 1926 silent movie "A Sixth Part of the World". Limited to 500 copies, handnumbered. The first 100 copies (only available via the Kapitän Platte Mailorder) come on white vinyl, the remaining 400 on black vinyl (this).
