The 1st pressing with "Rip Off Vertrieb" credited on the back cover. No label code stated on center labels or elsewhere on the release. Initial quantities of the first pressing included a 16 page DIN-A 4 b&w booklet with discography, lyrics and photos. Matrix runout informations are stamped except stylized, hand-etched H1 which looks like ℋ1. Pressed By credit identified by stamped number scheme and pressing rings; Lacquer Cut credits by hand-etched H1. The label is branded "Zickzack Platten" on release.

Tracks A1 - A6 taken from the 1981 Ace of Hearts 12" EP "Signals, Calls, and Marches" Tracks B1 and B2 taken from the "Academy Fight Song" 7". Recorded January - February 1980. Tracks B3 and B4 are previously unreleased 1980 recordings. Recorded January - February 1980. Released as part of the Matador Records Low Price LPs. It appears that Matador released this in 2009, but the one I have clearly has a copyright of 2010 from Ace of Hearts Records. JL appears right before GOLDEN in the matrix.

This limited edition box set consists of a robust outer slipcase, containing four 10" records in individual picture sleeves and plain black card inners and a 12-page booklet of artwork, a band biography and discography housed inside its own protective gatefold picture sleeve. Discs 3 and 4 recorded by VPRO Radio 3 on September 25th 1990 in Vrendenburg, Utrecht. Production by VPRO Radio 3. Track positions on this release are listed sequentially from 1 to 17 for discs 1 and 2 and from 1 to 21 for discs 3 and 4. Tracks 18 and 19 on disc 2 are not listed on the artwork nor labels.
