This was released simultaneously for record store day 2012 in Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom and USA.

The records are each housed in printed picture sleeves with plain white paper inner sleeves. All three records are house within a thin cardboard slipcase.

Limited to 5,000 copies Worldwide. Of these 1,900 were made available for North American stores, the remainder were distributed in other territories.
