The original recordings were done from 1996 to 1997 at the studio of Dick Hyman Music, Inc. in Venice, Florida with additional sessions at Yamaha showrooms in New York City. Subsequent recording sessions were done in 2007 at Piano Distributors of Sarasota. Discs 1 to 5 first issued as a CD/Rom, plus additional material recorded in 2007 for this box set.
