Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds-The Boatman’s Call-UK LP Vinyl
For this LP, The Bad Seeds were Mick Harvey, Blixa Bargeld, Thomas Wydler, Conway Savage, Martyn P. Casey, Jim Sclavunos and Warren Ellis.
This first print run has a matte cover with glossy lettering on the front, a lyric inner sleeve with an oval die-cut and the labels show two thin rings around the center hole.
There is also a repressed version which has a fully matte cover with slightly duller colors, an inner sleeve with a longer, more edgy shaped die-cut and a wide groove instead of the two rings at the label area (see pictures).
Another similar early version exists, [r=19364134] , which has a soft sheen sleeve and different moulding depression characteristics at the label area, although the green labels are the same.
Cat# on back cover and labels 'STUMM 142', on spine 'STUMM142'.
