This is the late 1985 / early 1986 subsequent design obi strip issue that comes with white obi strip and a 4 page insert with liner notes by Hisayuki Azuma along with the Japanese lyrics. The outer pages are parallel(color photos, English lyrics/credits) to the US and other country releases that use paper inner sleeve bags The obi mentions the No. 1 position in the US album chart (happened in December 1985) and the Platinum Disc certification (happened in late September, 1985). That probably puts this release to sometime in 1986. However, the packaging only shows the original release date (August 22, 1985).
