That remake appeared as a B side on the 1982 UK 7", [r=825026].

The red and blue discs are translucent.
Discs held in die cut white paper inners with deeply curved corners.
Includes a folded insert that opens out to 48cm square. Printed on both sides.
Copies may come with a sixteen page Alternative Tentacles fold-out catalogue insert, "Fall 2000".
Package came shrink-wrapped.
Sleeve front lower right has a grey circle which appears as a hype sticker but is, in fact, part of the print.
