Packaged in a standard jewel case with a 4-panel folded insert. Track durations are not printed on the release.
Vocals on "Iron Glove" performed in San Francisco, via telephone.
This CD release pressed by PDO is likely subject to disc rot, and "bronzing" may be seen around the outer edge of the disc. Playback may or may not be affected, but digital errors are usually present and may become more severe with time.

Track 12 is an unfinished outtake

Track 15 is a rough early version.
