The inner sleeve credits mention Kevin Gray at AcousTech for lacquer cut and RTI for pressing but this info is only correct for [url=https://www.discogs.com/Death-Cab-For-Cutie-Transatlanticism/release/761842]the US pressing[/url] (which has Kevin Grays runout signature and RTI matrix numbers). GHvC apparently used the original artwork for the inner sleeve without adapting the credits.
