Dedicated with Great Love to The Grand Slider and Masterful Human Being: [a1083139] 1951–1997 Credits for C4 state: {Opera Capture, [a525469]'s “L'Elisir D'Amour” (1832) featuring [a656869], taken from a tape of Rainer's favorite Operas rediscovered sometime later after his death by his wife Patti} Tracks 13,14,16 and extra stuff on 4,6,7,9,15 were recorded in Tucson at Harvey Moltz' Sonic Temple with John Parish, Head, Harvey & Jessica. Tracks 6, 13, 14, 15 were mixed by John Parish there. Track 16 was recorded and mixed there by Harvey & Jessica, Rainer and Howe. Tracks 5, 6, 15 were recorded in Tucson at Wave Lab Studio with John Parish, Head, Craig Schumacher, and Nick Luca. Track 7 was recorded there by Winston Watson. Tracks 5, 7 were mixed by Howe there. Tracks 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 and backing vocals on 4 were recorded in Memphis at Ardent Studio with Jim Dickinson, Sally Browder, and Jason "Ozark" Latshaw. Track 11 was mixed by Jim Dickinson and Sally Browder there. Tracks 4, 8, 9 and extra stuff on 2, 3, 12 were recorded in New York City at Dessau, TMF and Distortion King - and at Woodstock with the Distortion King Mobile Cabin Unit - all by Kevin Salem. Tracks 2, 9, 10 were mixed in Hoboken at Water Music by Kevin Salem. Tracks 3, 4, 8, 12 were mixed at Dassau by Kevin Salem. Track 1 was mixed and mooshed by Howe at home. Tucson sessions produced by John Parish. Memphis sessions produced by Jim Dickinson. New York sessions produced by Kevin Salem. Includes a blue A6 sized card with 'additional information for side four'. Some copies came with a double folded poster featuring the picture of Maria found on the rear sleeve. On insert: (Track 5) chants - dance class leaking in through the glass Tracks 1, 2 and 5 were recorded way before at the old Wavelab Studio warehouse with Craig Schumacher, Nick Luca and Howe (1996 to 1997). Later some stuff was added to them up at Harvey Moltz's Sonic temple with John Parish riding shotgun. Tracks 3 and 4 were recorded there by Head (with Harvey and Jessica assisting).
