Gatefold sleeve with die cut, poly lined, plain paper inner sleeves. Made in the EU on sleeve and labels. Some copies have a "Made in Germany" sticker on the shrinkwrap. Pressing plant uncredited, derived from matrix. A1 & A2 previously released on the "Sliver" single in 1990. A3 previously released on the Blew EP in 1989. A4, B4 and D2 are alternate versions recorded in 1991 during a BBC Radio 1 live studio session. B1, B2 & B3 previously released on the Hormoaning EP in 1992. C1 appeared as a bonus track on the CD version of Nirvana's 1989 debut album, Bleach. C2 previously released on the 1989 Teriyaki Asthma Volume 1 compilation. C3, C4 and D1 were previously unreleased.
