Track listing on the back of the album is a rectangular sticker, which is slightly askew, making each album jacket slightly different.

There is a "The first ten years" emblem at the top-right corner on the front cover. At least on some pressings there are song titles inside this emblem, printed in white which makes them almost unreadable. The standard print seems to be in black font.
Note that the emblem contains 1980-1990 reference but throughout the sleeve and discs there are many references to 1986 recordings, which could cause confusion when trying to identify the year of issue (1990).
