Record Store Day 2020 exclusive release, limited to 4,000, gatefold cover. Some copies with "Made in the Czech Republic" sticker on back. Includes pink printed innersleeve containing lyrics. "Steven Wilson Stereo Mix" only listed on label, not mentioned anywhere on sleeve. Some copies have Record Store Day hype sticker mentioning remix, some do not. Band name/album title on front cover has pink-on-blue text, other releases are blue-on-pink. Total time on Page 2 is 21:58, not 21:18 as indicated A download card was included in some copies, giving access initially to a download of the standard album version (taken from CD1 of [r3806619]), but later adjusted to [r15979687] ℗ © 2020 Virgin EMI Records. Runouts are stamped except for "F.A." (variant 2, side B) or "F.A" (variant 1, side B), which is etched.

Published by Big Plastic Things (ASCAP) & Sabbath Rehash (BMI). Thanks to all who have helped out on this project. Thanks to Lee Dorrian / Rise Above & Frank Kozik / Man's Ruin for originally releasing these recordings. Goatsnake uses Sunn Amps, Gibson Guitars & Basses and Sabbath riffs exclusively, because they want the best. I was originally released by Man's Ruin Records as MR174CD/LP in 1999 & Rise Above Records as CDRISE22. Dog Days All songs recorded / mixed Summer 99 in Los Angeles, CA by Matthias [except Man Of Light which was recorded / mixed in 97]. [and The Orphan + Raw Curtains which were recorded / mixed by Nick Raskulinecz]. All songs [except Heartbreaker] published By Big Plastic Things [ascap] + Sabbath Rehash [bmi]. Mastered at Southern Studios. Dog Days was originally released by Southern Lord as SUNN5 limited CD & picture disc in 2000. Track D3 "Knucklebuster" is the B side of the "Man Of Light" 7" Records are housed in cardstock inner sleeves with song descriptions and a graphic design.. Issued with a gatefold cover.

Digitally remastered at Sterling Sound, New York, in May 1990. "Travelling Riverside Blues" & "White Summer/Black Mountain Side" were previously unreleased BBC recordings. "Hey Hey What Can I Do" was previously unavailable on albums. "Moby Dick/Bonzo's Montreux" were previously not available as a merged track. "Moby Dick" was released on "Led Zeppelin II" and "Bonzo's Montreux" was released on "Coda". All tracks assumed to be mixed by Jimmy Page; additional mixing credits are listed. This boxed set also includes a 36-page, color information booklet with complete track-by-track credits, three essays, discography, as well as printed inner sleeves. The Columbia House Record Club edition is identical to this, except it has a 'CRC' sticker over the bar code.
