Recorded Nov. 11, 12 & 13, 1992. Mixed Dec. 3 & 4, 1992 at One World Studios, Boston, MA. Re-mastered in August, 2008 at Peerless Mastering. Tracks 1-20 were originally released on the "Unrest" LP in 1994. Tracks 21-30 released on the 7" in 1994 as part of the Relapse Singles Series. Unrest and Deprived appeared together on the CD pressing of Unrest in 1994. Bob Palombo's name was misprinted as Bob Palumbo in credits for this release. Jewel case with 16-page booklet.

Track 18 is taken from the [r=658252] compilation 7" (Slap-A-Ham), tracks 19 and 20 are taken from the [r=722861] split 7" (No System). 21-27 recorded June/July 1992 at Morrisound, Tampa, FL taken from the [m=7512] 7" (Open/Sound Pollution). Mastered at Fullersound, Miami, FL. This version was originally manufactured on January 6, 2005 according to runout Variant 1. Variant 2 was manufactured on February 12, 2006.
