Originally released as a 2-CD "Definitive Collection" in 2000 on Angel Air Records.
Tracks 1-1 to 1-8: album "Andromeda" originally released in 1969.
Tracks 2-1 to 2-5: from John Peel's Top Gear Radio Sessions, 1968.
Tracks 2-6 & 2-7: recorded for Andromeda's first album, but not included due to the length of same.
Tracks 2-10 & 2-11: the first-ever recordings by Andromeda from 1967.
Tracks 2-13 to 2-16: recorded live at the Middle Earth Club, Covent Garden, London and at Round House, Chalk Farm, London, during 1967/68.
Track 2-18 : last ever recording in 1970.
Tracks 1-1 to 1-8 recorded at Advision Sound Studios, London, June 1969.
In the booklet, the track 2-12 is mistakenly credited to Anders Nilsson / Nikos Arara Kostoglou of Andromeda, a 2000 Sweden Progressive Trance project. It is supposed that the track was written by John Cann.
Issued in a slim jewel case for 2 CDs with a transparent, double-sided tray that opens to the right (a right-side hinged). Includes an 8-page booklet.
