This version has got a barcode printed on the back cover itself, unlike the one on [r=8162088] which is a sticker. The LP is issued in a white poly-lined inner sleeve with a replica lyric sheet insert. 180g vinyl is housed in white polylined sleeves. Front of cover laminated, back side non-laminated (replicating original release). Catalog number as 0825646289448 (DB69733) on spine. Catalog number as DB 69733 on back cover. Catalog number as DBXL1 (DB69733) (0825646289448) on labels. Runouts are etched, Optimal plating symbols may be mirrored or rotated 180° (eg. V may be Λ). Variant 4 differs in the order of the runout parts, it is noted in order by following the runout grooves. The back cover lists 2. "Oh! You Pretty Things followed by" and 3. "Eight Line Poem" as separate tracks. The label of Side A does list them as one tracknumber: 2. "Oh! You Pretty Things Eight Line Poem". Therefore the next Tracks 4/5/6 on the cover differ to the label where they are numbered as 3/4/5.
