The Resurrectionists & Night Raider were recorded simultaneously at various times starting March 2007 AD until August 2008 AD. The Sounds were captured at S.O.A. Studio in Bristol. with the exception of certain parts done last minute at Castle Of Doom in Glasgow and a bit was recorded somewhere in Minnesota, US. Everything was mastered at Optimum, Bristol. Booklet references songs from The Resurrectionists & Night Raider: 2007-2009 A.D. that are not on this release.

Limited to 3000 copies. Special edition includes two bonus CDs, 36-page booklet and 3 postcards. Tracks 1-10 to 1-17 are bonus tracks. Comes in a cardboard clamshell box. CDs are in individual printed cardboard sleeves. Levitation was originally released as Bronze Records BRON 530 in November 1980. There are some errors in the writing credits on this release. Tracks 2-3 and 3-4 are written by [a214188] and [a324669], track 3-5 is written by [a471199], but the notes state (incorrectly) that all tracks are written by Dave Brock.

Disc 1 previously released as [r2428699] Disc 2 previously released as [r1251432] Disc 3 previously released as [r4302605] Tracks 1-1 to 2-9 recorded at Giant Duck Studios. Tracks 3-1 to 3-11 recorded at Bas Vegas Studios & Plus 11 Studios. Track number 2-5 is missing in the booklet, and causes the rest of the tracks on disc 2 being listed with wrong numbers. Issued in an 8-panel clear tray digipak style cover with an 8-page booklet. There are no track durations listed on the release.
