This is the first edition of the CD, in a plain white paper sleeve, packed in a screen printed hinged & clasped wooden box, with a 1mm wood veneer insert, (with release information printed on it), and a block of glued wood veneer cardboard layers.

Second edition in card sleeve.
Third edition (2005) in a standard jewel case.
