Comes in gatefold picture sleeve with two lyric inserts. First LP pressed on red swirl vinyl, second on green swirl vinyl and the third on black vinyl.
Drums and guitars recorded at Studio 57 in Alateveli, Finland in March 2007. Caleb Scofield’s vocals recorded at Dios Mio Studios in Los Angeles, CA. Tomas Hallbom’s vocals were recorded at Studio Kronan in Luleå, Sweden. Jason Emry’s vocals were recorded at Sasquatch Studios in Seattle, WA. Eric Kalsbeek’s vocals were recorded at Bart’s House, somewhere in the Netherlands. Saxophone and additional samples for „Siderian“ were recorded at Audio Zoo, Berlin. Everything else was recorded at Oceanland, Berlin, between April and July 2007.“Hadean / Archaean“ was mixed at Victory Audio, in Kokkola, Finland, August 2007. „Proterozoic“ was mixed at Translator Audio in New York City, NY, August 2007. Both albums were mastered at New Alliance East Mastering in Cambridge, MA, September 2007.

The bonus track „In Your Panties“ is taken from the album [m=2259595], that was released in 1980.
The live version of „Nothing Going On In The City“ was later re-released on the High Roller and Classic Metal CD-re-releases of [m=251448]. But it seems that both versions are not from the same source. The version included on the In The Raw re-releases fades in earlier and fades out earlier and the sound quality is a bit better.
The cover medley „Whole Lotta Led“ consists of the [a=Led Zeppelin] songs „Heartbreaker“, „Living Loving Maid (She’s Just A Woman)“, „Communication Breakdown“ and „The Lemon Song“. It was later re-released on the High Roller and Classic Metal CD re-releases of [m=414067]. „Communication Breakdown“ was also released as a studio track on Heavier Than Thou in 1986.
„Nothing Going On In The City“ was orginally released [a=White Honey] on the album [m=1381725] in 1979.
„Heartbreaker“, „Living Loving Maid (She’s Just A Woman)“ and „The Lemon Song“ were originally released by Led Zeppelin on the studio album [m=4170] in 1969.
„Communication Breakdown“ was originally released by Led Zeppelin on the studio album [m=4126] in 1969.
