The records are each housed in printed picture sleeves with plain white paper inner sleeves. All three records are house within a thin cardboard slipcase.<\/p>\n
Limited to 5,000 copies Worldwide. Of these 1,900 were made available for North American stores, the remainder were distributed in other territories.<\/p>\n
